GOAL: Clean up and get beautiful renders. This will allow me to start applying to jobs with a piece worth looking at.

I took it from 27k tris to 10k tris. I can go lower but I want this piece to be for a portfolio render and then go all the way down to 1-5k.
I am using 3 UV Maps, I just want the portfolio/beauty shots to look super good.

Week 2: Get a clean Bake and add Decals

I am having a problem when opening Substance Painter; the mesh gets chopped and it looks like the decals and bake don't work, but if you get close it looks fine. I'm guessing it's a processing problem and not a texture/bake problem, I am doing 4k textures and 3 UV maps
The rest of my Schedule looks like this.
Week 3: Lighting set up, Marmoset AO bakes, and beginning of texturing.
Week 4: Texturing and Renders.
I will be missing 5 days due to a personal trip from 5/29 to 6/2. This cuts down my timeline to texture and render.
One Sticker Set created using the Cricut machine (The artwork must be original; it can be 2D, 3D, or a hybrid.)
I want to make some FIEA people in the style of Smiling Friends
One T-Shirt Design (Final output must be a wearable, printed T-shirt.)
"3Ds Max Master Software" with explosions and the other software dead or something lol
One Fine Art Print to be displayed in the hallway.
